  • Our Service Commitment :

  • Office hours 8am - 10pm, Monday through Saturday.
  • Sunday pet sitting services or client consults are also available by prior arrangement.
  • During office hours we strive to return all client calls within one hour of initial contact.
  • Initial consults can be scheduled within 48 hours.
  • Pet sitting services can be scheduled by telephone, fax, email or by leaving a message at: (513) 244-7373

  • Initial Consultation:
  • Share our 3 years pet sitting experience of providing loving care.
  • We visit your home to meet your pets.
  • We take notes about your pets' care and schedule, contract is signed and you provide a key to your home.
  • We provide: 
    1. Pet sitting file folder
    2. References
    3. Our 'Pet Policy'
    4. Vet notification card
    5. Neighbor notification cards
    6. Copy of liability and bonding insurance
    7. Quality of standards statements

  • Safety Precautions:
  • We provide training for our staff to prepare them to provide quality care for pets and to protect the privacy of our clients.
  • We do background checks on our employees.
  • We regularly attend seminars about safety.
  • Our cars are not marked in any way so we do not advertise that you are away.
  • We are bonded and insured.


  • Emergency Policy:
    What makes us different, you ask?  Should an emergency arise due to personal illness or birth/death in the immediate family, just let us know.  We value the loving relationship we have built with your pets in the past.  Emergencies often arise unexpectedly.  Provided we have worked with your pets in the past, and we have your key, we will come to your home at no charge to you.  We want to make things a little easier for you and your pet family in a time of need!  Limit three visits per 24 months, excluding the holiday seasons.
