Pet Parents enjoy picture texts and email updates with our “Daily Diary” notes kept on the counter. Our “Departure & Arrival Procedures” offer accurate reservations.
We meet your reservation needs with creativity and flexibility. Need extended visit time with your Pets? Are your Pets young, geriatric, medication dependent, convalescing & commonly referred to as, “my Kids”? We hear you! There are no hidden rates for medication, meals, exercise, play therapy or additional time (up to 1 hour) in your home. Our CSR Team will work closely with you to customize your reservation requirements. Arrive home to warm hearts and smiling eyes.

There is never a rate to modify, cancel or rebook your reservation with Professional Pet Nanny. Access your account anytime, to change your reservation dates & time as needed. Our CSR will confirm changes or contact you with questions. When you Book our services again, we match our same Pet Play Nanny®, whenever possible, for your Home and Pets. Gratuities for your Pet Play Nanny® are never expected yet greatly appreciated!
All Pets, Dogs & Cats (indoor/outdoor, strictly indoor) must be spayed & neutered and current with prescription Flea Prevention program 12 month per year to confirm your reservation.

7am – 9pm Schedule up to Three Visits per Day. Meet your Pet Nanny before you travel. We work with a non-binding contract that states your Pet Nanny will provide services as ordered. We offer no hidden fees. We do not charge for medication administration except subcutaneous fluids. We do not charge for cancelled travel plans. Verify loving care with your pet family by using our Virtual Pet View. We accept checks and credit card payments.
